  • Assist the engineering team in gathering and organizing essential data.
  • Coordinate the flow of information across teams and project stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain project dashboards to track progress and key metrics.
  • Utilise Excel and Pivot Tables for data analysis and reporting.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Engineering Manager.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication between the engineering team and other departments.
Your skills and experience:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar administration role (ideally with a construction or engineering company)
  • Experience supporting upper management and senior leaders
  • Experience in fast paced environments
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Any relevant qualifications are desirable
