An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Administrator to join Service Stream in our Port Melbourne office
About the Role
Service Stream’s Telecommunications division are currently seeking a Commercial Administrator to join our growing company. You will be responsible for providing Commercial support to the business to maintain financial return by promoting & implementing effective commercial practices.
Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Port Melbourne, VIC
Reporting Line: Commercial Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Entering Change Requests, NOD’s / EOT’s and Permitted Exclusions from Site Tracker into the Optus systems (MNIS and NDIS)
- Aligning the data between Site Tracker and Optus systems ensuring both are accurate and up to date
- Providing reporting to Commercial Manager on all systems
- Developing innovative solutions and more efficient practices in those spaces
- Ad hoc reporting, ensuring items are actioned and progressing
- Supporting Commercial team with items such as: raising subcontractor P/O’s (following the Commercial framework set out), closing out items on the open Subcontractor PO’s
- Ensuring tracking of the receipt of Stat Decs, Subcontractor Statements and Deeds of Release where required, and maintain within the subcontractor register

- Demonstrated working experience in a similar Commercial role
