Newly created role to support to the growth of our roll forming and fabrication business located in Meadowbrook as the Business Support Manager a favorable candidate will need to be sufficient in the below responsibilities -

  • Lead the customer service team to provide responsive, professional, and solutions-focused support.
  • Oversee purchasing activities, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services at the best value.
  • Manage transport and logistics operations to ensure accurate, efficient, and on-time deliveries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and customers.
  • Monitor performance metrics (KPI/SLA) across service, purchasing, and transport to drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement processes and systems that streamline workflows and support operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align supply chain and service activities with business goals.
