About Us

We are seeking a driven and experienced State Manager to lead our QLD operations. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for leading the local operations team, while growing our footprint in the local residential construction market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the team across sales and operations building capability and performance.
  • Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with builders, contractors, and key clients.
  • Instil a culture of safe working practices.
  • Represent Consolidated Energy as the face of the business in your state.

About You

You are a results-driven leader who thrives on accountability and growth. With proven experience managing a P&L and leading teams in construction supply, building products, or a related industry, you bring commercial acumen, strong stakeholder relationships, and a passion for getting the best out of the team.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven leadership experience in a senior state or regional management role.
  • Contacts within the residential construction sector to assist in the growth of your client base (essential).
  • Strong commercial and financial management capability.
  • Excellent client relationship skills with the ability to win, retain, and grow business.
