The Opportunity
Due to this continued growth, an exciting new Head of Sales role has been created to shape and drive sales capability to achieve the commercial objectives of the business. The role will be pivotal to leading the business in the next stage of its evolution and will partner closely with the CEO to craft and implement a sales strategy and pipeline development plan to grow the client base.
The role will offer the opportunity to build and evolve a brand new sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and analyze market data to identify key opportunities for future growth. The role requires leadership in managing and mentoring sales teams, establishing sales targets, and ensuring company goals are met and will also collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

You lead from the front with an embedded hunter mentality and understand the importance of robust pipeline building. You are entrepreneurial but have the finesse to sell in a sophisticated environment and are looking to step change your career in an unrivalled high growth environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.

Experience in selling in a relatively sophisticated consulting/professional services environment is essential but a consulting / blended mix of industry experience is also highly desirable.
