  • A willingness to learn (insurance experience is a bonus, but not essential)

  • Partner with farmers and agribusinesses to understand their risks and insurance needs.

  • Build and grow a local portfolio through networking and industry events, referrals, and lead generation.

  • Deliver tailored insurance solutions that earn trust and loyalty.

  • Be a visible, respected presence in your region.

  • Achieve sales growth targets while making a meaningful impact.
