About the role We are looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our team in a full-time role at CMV Truck & Bus Albury/Wodonga. This position requires the ability to sell truck parts to our customers via the front counter, in person or over the phone. You will be the public face of our large spare parts business, so you will have a good work ethic and a desire to deliver 10/10 customer service to our customers. Duties & Responsibilities - Ability to work under pressure is essential - Provide excellent customer service to our existing and new customers - Handling all new & used part sales and enquiries - Process all orders efficiently and accurately - Prepare detailed quotations for parts supply - Promote and upsell products - Work Saturday mornings on a rotating roster - Overtime may be required from time to time To be considered for this role - Previous experience in automotive spare parts interpreting - Familiarity with parts inventory systems - Strong customer service and communication skills - Good level of computer literacy and ability - A good mechanical aptitude with attention to detail - Forklift licence preferred but not essential - Above award hourly rates – competitive pay for your skills and experience - Exclusive corporate discounts – health and life insurance programs - Wellbeing support – CMV Care, EAP access, and annual wellness initiatives - Team celebrations – annual dinner, Christmas events, and festive hampers - Career growth – opportunities to advance within a respected national group - Job security – work with industry-leading brands in a growing business At CMV Truck & Bus, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
