Here's what you'll do:

  • Welcome patients, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
  • Confirm all patient appointments in advance, managing the appointment diary with precision
  • Process payments, handle billing, and navigate HICAPS insurance claims
  • Guide patients in selecting the perfect frames and lens styles
  • Resolve customer concerns with a commitment to satisfaction
  • Open and close the practice
  • Train new staff
  • Balance end-of-day accounts and banking
  • Curate sales merchandising - showcase the latest in eyewear fashion
  • Monitor lens and frame stock levels, meet with sales reps to select cutting-edge designs, and phase out discontinued styles
  • Keep the practice sparkling clean and visually appealing, reflecting the commitment to quality

Who we're looking for: If you have previous optical retail experience and a passion for helping patients see the world more clearly, we're eager to see your application. Familiarity with lens prescriptions, frame adjustments, or optical dispensing is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
