What You will Bring

• A strong sales mindset and initiative-taker attitude
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build genuine connections.
• A passion for rural communities and the agricultural way of life
• A willingness to learn (insurance experience is a bonus, but not essential)

What You will Do

• Partner with farmers and agribusinesses to understand their risks and insurance needs.
• Build and grow a local portfolio through networking and industry events, referrals, and lead generation.
• Deliver tailored insurance solutions that earn trust and loyalty.
• Be a visible, respected presence in your region.
• Achieve sales growth targets while making a meaningful impact.
