Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Albury - Wodonga region. The Aftermarket Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers to offer premium aftermarket products and solutions tailored to their needs. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable solutions, closing sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining relationships with customers, contributing to sales targets, and providing product training to team members when required.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide exceptional support.
  • Proven Sales experience, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in understanding and presenting technical information related to aftermarket products is advantageous.
  • Ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and adapt to customer needs.
  • Background in the automotive industry and relevant sales certifications are beneficial.
