About the Role

The role involves supporting students with learning adjustments through collaboration with the Learning Adjustment Leader, Subject Teacher, and the Learning Support Team.

Key responsibilities

- Implementing approved programs and following established procedures.

- Assisting the Subject Teacher by working with students in classrooms, small groups or individually.

- Helping develop programs for targeted students and preparing necessary materials and resources.

- Tracking students’ progress, maintaining records, and communicating this to the Learning Adjustments Team.

- Recommending actions to improve educational outcomes for students, particularly at‑risk students.

- Attending meetings like Program Support Group (PSG) and special sessions with Learning Adjustment staff or specialists.

- Assisting on excursions and outings when needed.
