We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Scheduler & Administration Assistant to join our team in the residential tiling sector. This is a key role that supports our operations team to deliver tiling & renovation projects efficiently to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate teams for tiling projects
- Organise trades and material deliveries
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Assist in job costing and quoting
- Maintain up-to-date records, job files, and documentation
- Prepare and issue work orders, job schedules, and progress reports
- Provide administrative support to the Director and operations teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience in scheduling, administration, or coordination roles
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and word
- Prior experience in Construction or Flooring is highly regarded
