Your Role

St Patrick's College is seeking a vibrant, efficient, and energetic person for the position of Administration Assistant . This is a term-time position (38hpw) for an immediate commencement or as negotiated with the successful applicant.

The Administration Assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining effective office management systems that support the educational functions of St Patrick's College. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage a variety of administrative tasks at an advanced level, ensuring the smooth operation of our school environment.

About you

The successful applicant will have an understanding of, and a commitment to, the ethos of Catholic education. In addition, you will have excellent time management skills, well developed interpersonal skills and a high proficiency of computer skills. Experience with a student management system, such as TASS would be advantageous.

Mandatory Requirements

  • A current valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 (WWC Act) and valid Suitability Notice is a requirement of the position.
