Strata Administration Services is a proudly West Australian owned and operated business providing professional strata management services to a broad and growing client base.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Strata Administration Assistant to join our friendly Myaree team. This role supports our Strata Managers with day-to-day administration, client communication, and coordination of maintenance works — a great opportunity to build a career in the strata and property industry.

About the Role

This is a varied and fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with our Strata Managers to help keep everything running smoothly across multiple strata schemes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and correspondence
  • Coordinating maintenance requests, quotes, and contractor work orders
  • Managing digital filing and data entry in strata systems
  • Liaising with owners, property managers, and contractors in a professional, friendly manner
  • Supporting the Strata Managers with general administration and overflow work

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is proactive, organised, and enjoys supporting a team. You'll be confident managing a variety of administrative tasks, balancing priorities, and providing excellent customer service.

You'll bring:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • A friendly, professional approach on the phone and by email
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new software
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service (strata or property experience highly regarded)
  • A current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
