As a Service Receptionist at Melville Hyundai, you will be the first point of contact for our service department, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience from the moment they enter our dealership.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries and service needs.
- Schedule service appointments and maintain an organised appointment calendar.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and service history.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
- Process customer payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver's licence.
