About the Role

As a Mortgage Broker Support Officer at Westgate Financial Services, you'll be a vital part of our growing home lending team, helping to deliver seamless mortgage experiences for clients of the Summit Homes Group.

In this role, you will manage mortgage applications from initial submission through to settlement, working closely with brokers, lenders, clients, and other stakeholders. Your attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills will ensure applications are processed efficiently and compliantly, while providing the support and guidance our brokers need to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Day-to-day, you'll:

  • Lodge and manage loan applications from pre-approval to settlement
  • Perform data entry into aggregator software (currently MyCRM)
  • Complete credit checks and compliance checklists
  • Provide training and software support to brokers
  • Liaise with clients, builders, estate agents, and settlement agents to ensure smooth processing

About You

You are an organised, self-motivated professional with 1-3 years of experience in mortgage broker support or loan processing. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

You naturally build relationships and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. With a proactive approach, you take initiative to solve problems and support your team, while keeping a clear focus on delivering excellent client outcomes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
