**Melville Volkswagen** is a leading automotive dealership committed to delivering excellence in customer service and operational efficiency. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised **Licensing Clerk** to join our dynamic team.

**About the Role**
As a **Licensing Clerk**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all vehicle registration and licensing processes are handled accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for liaising with government authorities, internal departments, and customers to facilitate the timely processing of vehicle documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process vehicle registrations, transfers, and licensing requirements in accordance with WA regulations.
- Liaise with the Department of Transport and other relevant authorities to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of all licensing transactions.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of required documents for new and used vehicles.
- Reconcile licensing payments and maintain financial accuracy.
- Provide support to the sales and administration teams as required.
- Address customer and internal queries related to vehicle licensing.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a similar licensing, registration, or administration role (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with WA vehicle licensing and registration processes (preferred but not essential).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
