About the Role

We are looking for a highly professional and proactive Personal Assistant to provide strategic, high-level support to our Managing Director and Group General Manager. This is a pivotal role where you will ensure the smooth operation of executive functions, enabling our leadership team to focus on what matters most - driving innovation and growth across Summit Homes Group. You will manage calendars, travel, meetings, confidential documents, and communications while acting as a trusted liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Beyond traditional administration, you will play a key role in project tracking, reporting, event planning, and leadership initiatives, making a tangible impact on the efficiency and success of the executive office.

About You

You are an experienced Executive Assistant or high-level administrator who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves keeping things organised. With exceptional time management and communication skills, you can confidently manage multiple priorities, handle confidential information with discretion, and anticipate executive needs before they arise. You excel at building relationships across all levels, supporting projects, coordinating complex schedules, and delivering polished reports and presentations. Experience in construction, property, or corporate sectors is highly regarded, and your proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint ensures you hit the ground running.
