Part-time Receptionist

**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused **Part-Time Receptionist** to join our team. As a Receptionist at Melville Volkswagen, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, appointments, and directions.
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area and showroom.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- ** Hours for the role**:

- ** Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 7.30am to 1.30pm**:

- ** Tuesday 7.30am to 2.30pm**:

- ** Every 2nd Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm**

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service to our customers.
