About the Role
Frostbland is seeking a confident and experienced Territory Field Representative to join our national sales team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in the pharmacy and beauty environment and has a proven ability to build strong in-store relationships that drive sell-through and brand visibility.
You'll take ownership of an established and diverse territory spanning key Sydney metro and regional NSW locations. You'll manage an existing account base across pharmacy, beauty, and health channels while identifying opportunities for growth and new distribution.
Please note: We will only be considering applicants with proven experience as a Territory Manager or Field Representative within the pharmacy channel.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, beauty advisors, and pharmacy managers across your territory to achieve sales growth and brand visibility.
- Ensure excellent merchandising execution in-store, aligning with promotional calendars and planograms.
- Train and motivate pharmacy staff on product features, benefits, and visual merchandising standards to increase consumer engagement.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the pharmacy and health & beauty channel.
- Deliver consistent performance against sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer data, reporting, and forecasting for your territory.
What You Bring
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in territory management or field sales within the pharmacy and health & beauty sector, ideally covering both metro and regional NSW.
- Proven success managing established pharmacy accounts and achieving sales growth through strong relationship management.
- A strong network of pharmacy managers, beauty consultants, and category buyers across Good Price, Amcal, Terry White Chemmart, DDS, DCO and independent pharmacy groups.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets through effective planning and in-store execution.
- Skilled in training pharmacy teams, delivering product education, and enhancing brand presence through professional representation.
- Experienced in call cycle planning, forecasting, and territory management.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and results-oriented, with a genuine passion for beauty and personal care.
- Full, valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regionally (approx. 5x per year).
