We are looking for a Sales Executive role to be based in Melbourne to drive revenue for our full suite of products. To succeed in this role, you should be self-driven and have a passion for driving new business and sales results
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Oversee and manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and deal closure to post-sales account management — across all JustCo products.
- Acquire new customers and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct centre tours to present workspace solutions tailored to customers' needs, and close sales opportunities where possible.
- Work efficiently and proactively to meet all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
- Provide ongoing support to the sales team and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
Prerequisites for the role include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year as a Real Estate Broker preferred.
- Prior experience in co-working spaces, serviced offices, serviced apartments, real estate development, or other sales-related industries is an advantage.
- Sales-driven individual with a proven record of achieving or surpassing targets.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, with a customer-focused and results-oriented mindset.
