This is a customer focused role predominantly dealing with customers via phone and email enquiries. Working Monday to Friday and provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their customer service and sales skills.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Handling customer enquiries via phone, email
- Processing cash sales, quotes, and orders
- Building and nurturing customer relationships
- Identifying and maximising sales opportunities
- Performing general administrative tasks
Our ideal candidate will have a background in sales or customer service, with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve problems and offer customer solutions.
To Succeed In This Role, You Should Have
- Experience in customer service, sales, and administration
- A positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
