We are currently seeking a Merchandising Representative to service customers throughout the South East Melbourne region.

Your new position, reporting to the State Sales Manager, will involve:

• Servicing builders display showrooms to ensure visual displays and stock levels are correct
• Working with showroom managers to ensure optimum visual displays
• Maximising exposure of our brands in the market place
• Developing, maintaining and expanding relationships with key customers in the industry to ensure polytec is the product of choice in the residential, commercial, and building industries
• Maintaining project and client databases
• Liaising with internal departments to respond to customer enquiries

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their career to a Sales Representative position.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have previous merchandising experience
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Be able to demonstrate self-motivation and have the ability to operate autonomously

Previous experience with business to business sales or experience within the joinery industry would be highly regarded.
