Fleximake is a rapidly expanding Australian manufacturer, renowned for providing innovative solutions across a wide range of industries. Our diverse product offerings include flexible tanks, inflatables, and industrial/agricultural products, catering to sectors such as construction, mining, oil & gas, and more. We serve both domestic and global markets with a commitment to excellence.

As part of our growth, we are seeking a Technical Sales Representative who excels in problem-solving, thinks creatively, and thrives in a consultative sales environment. This is not a traditional catalogue-based sales role.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with inbound customer inquiries to deeply understand their unique needs and challenges, ensuring a personalised approach.
  • Utilise your technical knowledge and creative thinking to propose tailored solutions from our diverse range of products and services.
  • Work closely with our technical, production, and engineering teams to ensure solutions are both feasible and delivered on time.
  • Develop long-lasting client relationships, providing value and expert guidance to drive customer loyalty and business growth.
  • Continuously learn and develop your expertise in our products, applications, and the various industries we serve.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • A technical background—ideally with qualifications or experience in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a genuine interest in providing value-added, customer-centric solutions.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to quickly adapt and work independently when required.
  • Proven ability or strong potential to succeed in a customer-facing sales role.
  • Highly organised, professional, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience in Sales or Engineering roles will be highly regarded.
