Migwell Australia is a leading supplier of welding & industrial products, servicing a wide range of industrires with top-quality equipment, consumables and customer service. We are seeking a highly driven and sales focussed External Sales Representative who does not shy away from working hard to make sales whilst securing strong relationships with our customers.
Role Overview:
The External Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. If you are driven, hard working, prepared to work for results and you are highly sales focussed with a strong "red-yellow" personality - confident, assertive, sociable and enthusiastic - then we want to hear from you.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the welding and industrial sectors
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports and updates to management
You must have these attributes:
- Proven experience in external sales, preferably in welding or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of welding products, tools, and industrial equipment.
- Be a driven and hard working individual
- Have excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- A "hunter" mentality, eager to seek out and close new opportunities
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Valid driver's license
