About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the team at Ache Group. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to our senior leadership team. This is a full-time role based in our Glebe, NSW office.
What you'll be doing
- Manage travel diary and schedule of executives, coordinating appointments, travel arrangements and meeting logistics as needed and supporting team travel coordination/car hire.
- Calendar management across team
- Quality review and reporting to management
- Managing new starter onboarding process
- Coordinating social events, birthday celebrations and monthly outings
- Preparing agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items from meetings
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including drafting correspondence, preparing presentations and reports/Canva style documents, proposals etc
- Customer feedback calls and complaint management
- Preparing annual calendar of events, social, wellness initiatives etc
- Support executive-level projects and initiatives as required
- Contribute to the smooth running of the office by assisting with general administrative duties
- General office management and maintenance duties.
What we're looking for
- Significant experience (5+ years) as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Exceptional organisational, time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and juggle competing demands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and personable approach
- Strong computer literacy, including advanced proficiency in MS Office suite
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused mindset
