This full-time Executive Assistant position offers the opportunity to work alongside one of Byron Shire's top-performing agents, be part of a supportive work environment, and learn from some of the industry's best.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and daily ad hoc duties
  • Prepare properties for listing and ensure they are market-ready
  • Manage compliance with listing and sales documentation
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, valuers, and tradespeople

Coordinate and attend photoshoots, marketing meetings, open homes and other appointments as required
- Facilitating pre-settlement inspections and acting as a liaison between buyer and vendor
- Conduct property viewings and open home inspections
- Manage social media profiles to promote listings and engage with potential clients
- Maintain accurate client and property records within the CRM/database
- Collaborating with the wider team to share best practices and contribute to overall company growth

The right candidate will possess:

  • Ideally minimum 1 year experience in real estate administration or general administrative role
  • Certificate of Registration or Class 1 or 2 Real Estate Licence
  • Own car and valid Driver's licence
  • Enthusiasm to work in a new team and supporting office culture
  • Ability to work in a team environment and perform well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism
  • Exceptional time management & administration skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment and perform well under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Canva, DocuSign and CRM systems
