About the Position

This position is responsible for providing executive and governance support to the City's Executive Management Team (EMT), supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Director Corporate Services, Director Development and Community Services and Director Infrastructure Services by coordinating a broad range of administrative services and leveraging extensive knowledge to support EMT's delivery of business operations.

Due to the nature of this role and the support required, the successful candidate must have the ability to work full-time from Monday to Friday.

To be successful in this position you will need to demonstrate in your cover letter:

  • A minimum of 12 months previous experience in a Western Australia Local Government CEO Executive Support position.
  • Time management, prioritisation and organisational skills with the ability to complete a broad range of work with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to deal with matters of a confidential, sensitive nature and/or urgent matters with discretion, integrity and professionalism.
  • High-level interpersonal and customer service skills including the ability to liaise effectively and courteously with internal and external customers.
  • Current National Police Clearance.
  • Current 'C' Class Driver's Licence.
