We are seeking a dynamic leader to manage the operational and strategic direction of Attadale Rehabilitation Hospital (31 beds) and Glengarry Private Hospital (110 beds).

**The Role**

Reporting to State Manager - WA, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is directly responsible for leading the hospital management teams, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with Visiting Medical Officers, and actively seeking out new growth and expansion opportunities, while ensuring that the financial and operational objectives of the business are met.

Supported by an Executive across the two sites, you will inspire your teams to ensure the highest standards of customer service and clinical care and influence strategic change as required.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced senior manager/ executive with proven leadership experience, strong financial acumen and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Essential Criteria:

- A minimum of five years' experience at a senior management level;
- Demonstrated leadership, communication and negotiation skills;
- Capability to build teams, develop people and achieve high performance;
- Broad and extensive knowledge of financial management principles including capital & operational budget management;
- Business development experience and
- The ability to work collaboratively with a broad array of stakeholders;
Desirable Criteria:

- Formal management qualifications;
- Senior Management experience in the private hospital sector.
