The City is seeking an experienced Executive Support Officer to join our Commercial Services Unit. This position provides high-level administration and project support to the General Manager Commercial Services. This role engages with Alliance Managers, members of the Executive Team, and Executive Assistants for the various Alliances.

Reporting to the General Manager of Commercial Services, this position will support the City by:

- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Assisting in project planning, coordination, and reporting for the General Manager Commercial Services.
- Providing high-level administration support with strong attention to detail.
- Providing project support where required across the Alliance as requested by the General Manager Commercial Services.
- Coordinating the compilation and distribution of agendas and minutes for internal and external meetings as required.
