Job Description
We are working with a leading property and facilities management company to recruit an experienced, Executive Account Director to lead, manage and grow their large government and defence sector business.

This is an excellent opportunity to bring your senior level, strategic management skills to a well-respected, multinational company.

Role Requirements / Experience

  • Strategic management of a large ($200m pa) profitable business
  • Proven experience of high-level operational management of a significant, complex business
  • Management of a team of contract / sector leads.
  • Complex stakeholder engagement and management (you must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage and build multiple complex client relationships)
  • Significant experience of managing and developing large operational teams delivering a range of property / FM / maintenance services.

Ideally, you will be a well-respected subject matter expert with proven experience of operating at a senior level within property, CRE or facilities management, seeking to develop a long term career and make a substantial impact on our client's government / defence business.
