The Role

As Senior Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the full on-site delivery of projects, working closely with Project Managers, contract administrators, and a strong team of Site Supervisors. You will ensure safety, quality, and program milestones are met while fostering a positive and productive site environment.

You'll lead from the front—driving performance, resolving challenges, managing subcontractors, and ensuring work is delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor site teams to drive project outcomes
  • Manage subcontractors and on-site operations to program
  • Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements and company systems
  • Deliver projects to high quality with minimal rework
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients for seamless delivery
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track

About You

  • Extensive experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects ($50M+)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of WA construction standards and safety protocols
  • Trade background and previous WA experience highly regarded
  • Proficiency in systems such as Aconex and Hammertech desirable
