The Role
We currently have an excellent opportunity for an
Administration Assistant
to join our Finance team at
Eagle Farm
. Reporting to the Senior Accountant, you'll play a key role in supporting the department while delivering exceptional customer service.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Maintaining spreadsheet reconciliations and analysing expense and revenue accounts
  • Completing statutory business surveys accurately and on time
  • Reviewing corporate credit card expenditure and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Reception relief for Head Office
  • Data entry of general ledger journals and preparing/distributing financial reports
  • Auditing petty cash expenditure across branches

About You
We're looking for someone who is motivated, detail-focused, and eager to grow. Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (desirable, not essential)
  • Year 12 certificate (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
