Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Eagle Farm, QLD. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing clerical support, answering phones, maintaining communications, and assisting with executive administrative tasks. Daily responsibilities include managing schedules, filing documents, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and ensuring efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Executive Administrative Assistance experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in office software and equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
