Resile's Salesforce implementation is core to the delivery of its services, and we are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Salesforce team. The Salesforce Administrator will support our internal and external users and work both independently and as a team member on projects. We are looking for someone who can think analytically and has strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Configuration of scalable solutions aligned with the needs of the business.
• Configuring and supporting installed AppExchange applications.
• Creation and maintenance of Experience Cloud (formerly Communities) sites.
• Maintaining data security via permission sets, profiles, roles and sharing rules, MFA & SSO etc.
• Data Management with a focus on maintaining data integrity & security.
• End user support.
• Assist in testing including UAT and post deployment activities.
• Reporting and Dashboards development and maintenance.
• Process Documentation.

• 2+ years providing User Support.
• 4+ years hands on experience as System Administrator.
• Strong understanding of best practices and functionality.
• Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps, flows etc.
• Experience with Lightning preferred including lightning components/lightning web components.
• Experience with Process Automation, including Flows.
• Exposure to Experience Cloud (formally Community Cloud).
• Experience working in a complex and ever-changing environment.
• Strong documentation and technical skills.
• Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
• Commercial understanding of security and privacy legislative requirements.
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Visualforce and Apex experience is advantageous.
• IT or business-related degree is preferred.

The successful candidate will be based in Brisbane and must have the right to legally work in Australia.
