Regenerative Aesthetics Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling cutting-edge regenerative aesthetic exosome therapies & products and bio-rejuvenation technologies) to clinics, med spas, dermatology practices, plastic surgeons, and other healthcare providers. This role combines strategic sales leadership, market development, and clinical education to expand the company's footprint in the rapidly growing regenerative aesthetics space.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet/exceed revenue targets for regenerative aesthetics products.
- Identify and target high-potential accounts (e.g., dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, integrative medicine clinics).
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and purchasing agreements with key accounts.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and presentations for physicians and clinical staff.
Address client concerns, provide clinical support, and collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Medical Affairs, Customer Service) to resolve issues.
Market Development & Education:
Educate healthcare providers on the science, benefits, and economic potential of regenerative aesthetics.
- Organize and attend industry conferences, trade shows, and workshops to promote products.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
Work closely with marketing to develop targeted campaigns, collateral, and digital strategies.
- Train and mentor junior sales reps or distributors (if applicable).
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to leadership.
Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:
Ensure all sales practices comply with TGA regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay updated on legal/ethical guidelines for promoting regenerative medicine products.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in BA, Dermatology, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
- Experience:
- 5+ years in energy-based device, aesthetics, or biotech sales (experience in regenerative aesthetics or medicine preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in the aesthetics/medical field.
- Existing network of relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, or medspas is highly desirable.
- Skills:
Strong consultative selling and ability to explain complex scientific concepts.
Proficiency in MS Office / Salesforce tools, data analysis, and sales forecasting.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel 30-50% (Oceania & APAC).
