About The Role:
If you are an innovative marketing leader passionate about partners, committed to delivering results, and looking to join one of the hottest companies in the security industry, CrowdStrike has the perfect position for you. We are looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution plan for CrowdStrike partners across Australia and New Zealand. Tightly aligned with both the APJ regional partner marketing and global partner marketing organisation, you will be responsible for the strategy, development and roll-out of partner marketing programs in ANZ to support the company's sales and channel growth goals. This role requires a strong marketing and partner background with understanding of the partner landscape. This role will act as a subject matter expert for marketing-to and selling-through CrowdStrike's ANZ partner ecosystem of all types including Solution Providers, Technology partners, Services partners, and Cloud providers. Additionally, this individual will work with a cross-functional team to further develop partner marketing strategies and programs. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and the proven ability to work and communicate cross functionally and with our partners.
Based in Sydney, this is a six month fixed term contract position.
What You'll Do:
Lead the strategy, planning and execution of strategic partner initiatives across Australia and New Zealand
Identify new opportunities, and drive greater business outcomes for the ANZ region through marketing initiatives with partners
Work with strategic partners and their marketing teams to develop joint GTM marketing plans tied to revenue goals
Define annual joint marketing strategies, objectives and measures of success across strategic partners
Document plans with key partners and manage executive business reviews, dashboard and reporting.
Set and deliver partner marketing targets and contribution goals to the business. Set metrics, analyze data, and be accountable for achieving the targets.
Develop and implement scalable partner demand generation programs with the regional marketing teams and partners to build pipeline, awareness, and engagement in support of partner sales growth, expanding market share, and pursuing pipeline targets.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure we have compelling materials for both the partner sales teams and CrowdStrike sales teams to use in driving customer demand for apps and joint solutions
Work with a virtual cross-functional team of partner sales, product marketing, sales enablement and marketing managers to ensure overall execution against strategic objectives and priorities
Cultivate relationships with partner sales teams to understand business and align with GTM initiatives.
Build relationships with and work closely with regional marketing teams and Alliance/Partner managers to develop marketing plans that create and accelerate demand with partners.
Leverage scalable partner demand generation assets including co-branded campaigns, assets and programs to help create pipeline together with ANZ partners
Manage and optimise MDF funds to ensure partner investments deliver pipeline and ROI and adhere to program goals
Work closely with Global Partner Marketing to drive and amplify partner communications and encourage engagement from partners
Be an internal advocate for partners among key stakeholders
What You'll Need:
You must have extensive experience in partner marketing and demand generation within the High Technology industry
Expert understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through the partner community
Understanding and experience of the partner ecosystem across Australia and New Zealand
Experience in managing multiple partners of varied sizes to build marketing programs appropriate for their goals.
Individual contributor with experience managing programs and budget that aligns with marketing and sales goals and objectives.
Knowledge and experience with a broad range of marketing activities, disciplines, and tactics, including field marketing, digital marketing, and events.
Exceptional project management, organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and deliver campaigns on schedule.
Strong creative thinker and problem solver, driven by a bias for action.
Outstanding interpersonal skills are also required to work cross-functionally with the sales organization, regional marketing teams, marketing operations, corporate marketing, peers and partner teams.
Excel at cross-group collaboration with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization.
Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail
Business-to-Business (B2B) Marketing experience with a SaaS / Security software company is a benefit.
Willing to travel to meet with sales leaders, partners, and attend events (when applicable)
Proven knowledge and experience is a benefit.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study
