Practice Manager

Join our growing advisory and accounting firm as our Practice Manager – the driving force behind our operations, people, and projects.

About the role:

EnVision Partners has an opening for a Practice Manager to join our team for an immediate start. This is a full-time opportunity based in Chinchilla, QLD.

We're looking for a proactive and dynamic professional who loves variety, thrives on organisation, and enjoys making things happen. In this role, you'll work closely with our leadership team to keep the business running smoothly, lead strategic projects, and create efficiencies that help our people and clients succeed.

Responsibilities will include:

No two days will be the same, but you can expect to:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm, including office maintenance, systems, and IT provider management.
• Lead and mentor our admin team, supporting their workflow and professional growth.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and people support activities.
• Chair team and executive meetings, keeping track of actions and ensuring follow-through.
• Prepare reports for management.
• Drive projects that improve efficiency, implement automations, and support firm growth.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives, events, and client engagement activities.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who:

• 5+ years' experience in operations, business management, or project management roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (desirable).
• Experience in professional services or advisory firms (highly regarded)
• Has strong organisational and project management skills.
• Can juggle multiple responsibilities with confidence and composure.
• Brings experience leading teams and managing business operations.
• Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships at all levels.
• Loves problem-solving, process improvement, and driving results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with cloud-based business tools and systems.
