Moorooka Dental Care joined My Implant Dentist Group in October 2021. It is a leading general, cosmetic and implant clinic with a strong presence in Brisbane. Located in a vibrant community, our practice in Mooroka services the local surrounding suburbs as well as patients travelling from far and wide for implants and cosmetic services through My Implant Dentist. In 2025, Moorooka underwent a renovation to modernise the facility and increase it to a glowing and stunning 5 chair practice.

About the Role

As a Practice Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring seamless workflows and exceptional patient experiences. With the support of our Area Practice Manager, you will drive efficiency, foster team development, and contribute to the ongoing success of our practice.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional front-office customer service, creating a welcoming and professional environment for patients.
  • Lead, manage, and train staff to ensure high performance and a positive team culture.
  • Oversee daily practice operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellence in service delivery.
  • Support a team of dental professionals, fostering growth and development.
  • Monitor and report on team performance weekly, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to implement growth strategies and enhance business success.
