About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and organised Deal Processing & Administration Assistant to join our dynamic accounts team.

This is a pivotal role that keeps the dealership running smoothly — ensuring every vehicle sale is processed accurately and every account reconciles seamlessly.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Deal Processing: Manage vehicle sales documentation and system entries from start to finish
  • Accounts Administration: Support accounts receivable and reconciliation functions
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain precise financial and transactional records across multiple brands
  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day office duties and provide exceptional support to internal teams and customers

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in deal processing, accounts, or administrative support
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer operations
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • A professional, customer-focused attitude
  • Familiarity with Pentana Solutions (Eralink/Eranet) is an advantage but not essential
