Customer Service Officer

The role will include the following:
- Extensive customer service
- Reception duties
- Collating and sending documents to clients
- Following up documents for signature
- Lodgment of tax returns
- Mail processing
- Processing client documents, details and information
- Appointment making
- Dealing with new client enquiries
- Client obligation management
- Greeting clients and preparing for meetings
- Administrative support
- Maintaining a high standard of office appearance and cleanliness
- Other duties as required
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a professional setting
- Excellent technology skills and the ability to adapt to new systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills - must be a people person and enjoy helping others
- High level of professionalism
- Attention to detail
- Excellent phone manner
