Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Client Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality advisory services. This role is pivotal in supporting clients' growth and enhancing their experience with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence.
  • Understand clients' businesses, financials, and strategic goals to provide tailored advice and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of advisory services.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns.
  • Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations for clients.
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for additional services or solutions.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience in business advisory, accounting, finance, or consulting is highly desirable.
  • Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.

  • Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, or similar) are a plus but not required.
