With a strong reputation for putting people first, both clients and staff the firm is expanding and currently has multiple Senior Manager roles available across Sydney CBD and Parramatta CBD.

The Role

As a Senior Manager, you'll play a key leadership role within the Business Advisory team managing client engagements, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the strategic growth of the firm.

Your responsibilities will Include:

  • Providing tailored business advisory, tax, and financial planning strategies
  • Building strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and results
  • Leading and developing a team of high-performing professionals
  • Identifying and driving growth opportunities for clients and the firm
  • Collaborating across departments to deliver integrated client solutions

About You

You're a strategic thinker with technical expertise, leadership skills, and a drive to deliver real value for clients.

You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a senior advisory or management role
  • CA qualification (or equivalent)
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
  • A collaborative, client-first mindset
  • Mandarin language skills are a plus, but not essential
