Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting advisers to implement client strategies with accuracy and care
  • Preparing and maintaining client files, compliance documents, and data entry
  • Liaising with clients and providers to ensure a smooth service experience
  • Assisting with insurance applications, superannuation rollovers, and other client requests
  • Managing day-to-day tasks to keep advice delivery on track
About You
  • An interest in the financial services industry
  • Ideally studying (or completed) a qualification in finance or a related field
  • Familiarity with Xplan (or similar financial planning software) would be a bonus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident in learning new systems quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised, with excellent time management and attention to detail
  • A proactive, "roll up your sleeves" attitude with a commitment to learning and development
