The Role

This is a unique opportunity for someone with customer service, sales support, or recruitment experience who is ready to move into a business development role. You will:

  • Build strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify opportunities for new business with prospective clients.
  • Partner with recruitment consultants to deliver staffing solutions.
  • Gain exposure to the full recruitment cycle – resourcing, interviewing, client management.

What We're Looking For

We don't need a high-pressure salesperson — we're looking for someone with:

  • A background in customer service, internal sales, or recruitment support.
  • A natural ability to build rapport and communicate with clients.
  • Motivation to learn business development in a supportive team environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach.
