About the role

Barham Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant to join our team in Toowoomba, Queensland. As a full-time member of our dynamic healthcare practice, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the smooth running of our clinic.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Scheduling and managing patient appointments
  3. Handling patient inquiries and addressing their needs in a timely manner
  4. Maintaining accurate patient records and updating electronic medical files
  5. Assisting chiropractors with various administrative tasks as required
  6. Ensuring the clinic's reception area is well-organised and presentable
  7. Collaborating with the healthcare team to provide a seamless patient experience
  8. Assisting the Practice manager with administrative and book-keeping tasks

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent customer service and communication skills
  2. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  3. Proficiency in using MS 365 and accounting software
  4. A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a passion for patient care
  5. A friendly, professional and reliable demeanor
