Toowoomba Automotive have an opportunity for a Service Receptionistto join our well-established team.This is not your everyday Receptionist role, this important role is focused on ensuring our valued customers are receiving great, prompt communication over the phone & in person in order to maintain and deliver theUltimate Customer Experience.

This is a fast-paced role in which you will work with a diverse team and customer base and be required to juggle multiple priorities to ensure that customers are always our number one focus.

About this role:

  • Connect with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism
  • Use your owner's mindset to manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet service deadlines
  • Be agile and flexible to change, things move pretty quickly here
  • Answer inbound calls for the Service Department promptly
  • Make Service Appointments via phone and email
  • Prepare repair orders and update customers details, ensuring accuracy of data recording
  • Co-ordinate transport for customers to and from the Dealership
  • Liaise with the Workshop/ Parts Department and other front-line staff
  • Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and general administration
  • Other administrative duties as required by the Service Manager to support the Parts and Service Department
