Motel Receptionist

We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Motel Receptionist to join our wonderful team. If you enjoy meeting new people, providing excellent service, and keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you

The Role:

As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. Your day will include:

· Greeting and checking in guests

· Handling bookings, phone enquiries, and payments

· Assisting guests with local information and requests

· Maintaining reception and front office areas

· Supporting daily motel operations as needed

What We're Looking For?

· Friendly, professional manner and great communication skills

· Strong attention to detail and time management

· Experience in hospitality, reception, or customer service (preferred)

· Basic computer and booking system skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as rostered
