About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This is a part-time position (Mon/Tues), with the option of extra hours, ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive environment and enjoys working with families and children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming clients with a friendly and professional manner
  • Managing appointments and calendar scheduling using Power Diary practice management software
  • Handling phone and email inquiries with sensitivity and confidentiality
  • Processing payments and Medicare claims
  • Maintaining a tidy and child-friendly reception area
  • Supporting clinicians with basic administrative tasks
About You
  • Previous administrative experience (healthcare or allied health preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Able to manage sensitive information with discretion
  • Comfortable working in a child- and family-centered environment (eligible for a Blue Card essential)
  • Proficient in using computers and scheduling systems (experience with Power Diary highly regarded)
