Project Mobilisation and Administration Assistant

NTC Contracting are looking for a highly organised staff member for an administration role within our Perth and also Onslow office.

The successful candidate will display excellent written and verbal communication skills, show attention to detail and accuracy when completing tasks and poses a high level of computer literacy.

Typical tasks include:

  • Booking Flights and other Mobilisation Activities to Mine Sites
  • Roster Management of Staff
  • Booking medicals and training
  • Data entry within our HSEQ Management System including training records and HR records
  • Document Control including maintaining company records
  • General administration queries and tasks.

The position will be based in our Perth office but will require mandatory travel to Onslow for coverage of Administration positions during leave so must be open to travel for up to 2 weeks at a time.
